The words "occur", "occurs", "occurred", "occurring" and "occurrence"
are misspelled throughout the kernel. This patch corrects such errors
in comments and documentation only.
Occurrences were found with cscope and then manually corrected.
References to variables or functions in the code were not modified.
This change is purely spelling -- no attempt was made to correct
grammatically incorrect use of the word "occur", nor was an attempt made
to correct the spelling of other words.
Notes on comment wrapping:
* Multi-line comments were re-wrapped if and only if the original
comment was wrapped to 80 characters.
* Single-line comments were _not_ converted to multiple lines, even if
the change caused that line to exceed 80 characters.
All other checkpatch errors are from the original code.

These two patches fix around 250 errors located throughout the kernel. I
wasn't sure of the ideal way to split it, so I settled on just two patches.
This patch changes comments only, and therefore has no behavioural change.
The next changes printk messages.

The word "occurred" is spelled incorrectly throughout the kernel. This
patch corrects such errors in any string literals which are passed to
printk.
Occurrences were found with cscope and then manually corrected. Strings
which refer to variables or functions in the code were not modified. No
attempt was made to correct the spelling of other words.
