Here are some PCI patches for 2.6.20-rc1
They contain a number of PCI quirk fixes and some PCI hotplug driver
fixes and changes, and some other stuff that is detailed below.
All of these patches have been in the -mm tree for a while.
Please pull from:
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/pci-2.6.git/
or if master.kernel.org hasn't synced up yet:
master.kernel.org:/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/pci-2.6.git/
The full patches will be sent to the linux-pci mailing list, if anyone
wants to see them.
thanks,
greg k-h

Any reasons why the Documentation/pci.txt patch isn't included?
Did I botch something?
Should I resubmit?
thanks,

I saw about 88,000 of them fly past, none of which looked like a final patch
(sane Subject:, changelog and s-o-b).

s/re// ;)
Yes please.

Isn't that normal for patches? :)

This is the 'droid you are looking for:
http://lkml.org/lkml/2006/12/18/15
AFAIK, the only thing missing is the s-o-b line from gregkh
and/or Hidetoshi Seto (who should also get credit for some
of the new content). But I think they could reply to that
email with their s-o-b line.
