* arch/um/os-Linux/mem.c (make_tempfile): Don't deref NULL upon failed malloc.
* arch/um/os-Linux/mem.c (make_tempfile): Handle NULL tempdir.
Don't let a long tempdir (e.g., via TMPDIR) provoke heap corruption.
