Subject: State of Serial Attached SCSI in linux?

Hello,

I am choosing hardware for new servers that will run Linux hence I would
like to ask whether current SAS support is production grade ?
Any comments on the state of the thing?

Best regards,
Maciej

What, *exactly*, do you mean by "production grade"? (A serious question -
across the hall I have a quarter acre of server room, filled with machines
that have *wildly* differing requirements regarding price, performance, and
reliability, though for most it's "pick any two" :)
