The 98DX2530 SoC is the Control and Management CPU integrated into
the Marvell 98DX25xx and 98DX35xx series of switch chip (internally
referred to as AlleyCat5 and AlleyCat5X).
These files have been taken from the Marvell SDK and lightly cleaned
up with the License and copyright retained.

Notes:
The Marvell SDK has a number of new compatible strings. I've brought
through some of the drivers or where possible used an in-tree
alternative (e.g. there is SDK code for a ac5-gpio but two instances of
the existing marvell,orion-gpio seems to cover what is needed if you use
an appropriate binding). I expect that there will a new series of
patches when I get some different hardware (or additions to this series
depending on if/when it lands).

no way of testing them.
- Remove prestera node.
- Remove "marvell,ac5-ehci" compatible from USB node as
"marvell,orion-ehci" is sufficient
- Remove watchdog node. There is a buggy driver for the ac5 watchdog in
the SDK but it needs some work so I've dropped the node for now.

I've been in touch with some of the team at Marvell. They have some
additions that should hopefully resolve some of the queries/concerns
around the clock configuration. I've also got a minor update to add a
comment about the PPI for the EL2 virtual timer based on Marc's request.
I expect to send a v9 with those changes (and anything else anyone has
feedback on related to this series) sometime next week.

I had a good conversation with Elad, Vadym and Serhiy.
The plan is for them to take over this series and get it driven to
completion. We've missed the merge window for 5.19 but hopefully we can
get things in for 5.20.
We expect to see another name change away from "armada" (the Alleycat5
CnM block doesn't really bear much resemblance to the Armada-3700 aside
from the odd peripheral).
There should also be some clarification around the clocking. As I
expected there really are just some fixed dividers in the hardware that
take the single 25MHz reference clock to supply clocks for the various
peripherals. There is no gating or dynamic scaling possible so these are
just represented as fixed-clock nodes.

There is a proposal from the Marvell to replace "armada-" prefix to "ac5-" in DTS naming as there
is no much common with Armada SoC's.

O.K. We can do this. But i hope it is not Marvell being lazy.
I can also see an advantage of using armada-, since it makes it clear
we are talking about mainline device tree files, not Marvell vendor
device tree files. It is not given they will be compatible.

We'll still have the 98dx25xx suffixes so it should still be distinct
from the Marvell SDK ones. Also hopefully once this lands upstream it
will encourage Marvell to update their SDK to a newer kernel.
