I have been reading some of the message with regards to a Netgear GA302T
Gigabit Adapter. Currently Netgear does not have their own driver at this
time, and there was some references to a "TIGON3" Driver.
Where can I obtain this driver?

http://www.kernel.org/ it is called "tg3"
