oh yeah...that...

I forgot I made a link from arch/i386/mach-generic/irq_vectors.h to
include/asm/irq_vectors.h.

The above error is in include/asm/irq.h and not a problem with the
nvidia driver itself.  (poke poke kernel maintainers)
