This provides a function, dw_v3_65_pcie_host_init() to initialize the host. It check compatibility string dw,snps-pcie-v3.65 that is expected to be present in the device node of a v3.65 compliant hw and initialize the controller using other APIs (existing and newly added). Added new fields in the port struct to support the new hw version.
