It dies in scsi_dispatch_cmd because of Fussion defines command as NULL, and for some reason can_queue is set to 0 (probably during I/O error recovery) when (crashing) scsi_dispatch_cmd enters. Is there some guide what (and how) should be done to get this driver back into working state? Is now 'command' mandatory? For information also 2.4.20-rc3 log (which works) is appended: with 2.4.20-rc3 it works correctly on same IRQ (72) without timeouts.
