Functions in section starting with "perfhook:" are JIT functions. They will be JIT compiled and hooked at perfhooks. During init of PerfModule, mark JIT functions as AvailableExternallyLinkage. LLVM skips functions with linkage like this so they won't be compiled into BPF objects.
