I'm amazed by the number of "blk: queue..." messages. This time, it only appears on SCSI, and not on IDE anymore. So it seems as the IDE problem is in the ALI 1543 / DMA code. I have an old K6/2 notebook somewhere with the same IDE controller, so I may retry on it. I'm interested in any suggestion, of course ;-) Willy - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-kernel" in the body of a message to majordomo@vger.kernel.org More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html Please read the FAQ at http://www.tux.org/lkml/
