Hmm... my understanding was that fixdep would replace those direct dependencies on include/generated/autoconf.h with dependencies on the magic empty files corresponding to Kconfig symbols in include/config/. What stuff depends directly on include/generated/autoconf.h? I'm way more familiar with Kconfig than the kernel Makefiles. Cheers, Ulf
