[2.] Full description of the problem/report: I attempted to run a Win2k virtual machine under VMware 4.0.5.6030 on Gentoo and it wouldn't start. I happened to be debugging a problem with usb so I was tailing /var/log/messages. I saw the kernel Bug message and decided to send it in. I tried starting VMware 3 times and got the same kernel Bug. This didn't happen on test9-mm1 or test9-mm2. I don't know much about kernel debugging so if you need something else please send a reply message and I will get what you need.
