Rebooting with this kernel the first time OK, then trying to recompile the kernel, the machine freezed, no messages. Rebooting with the same kernel, fsck, same problem. Rebooting with 2.6.1-rc1-mm1 _no_ _problems_! Kernel recompiles with the same error messages.
