Thanks for attention, but this patch doesn't help.

From what I reached, to reproduce it, we need to use legacy CONFIG_IDE and friends where "ide: convert to blk-mq" sits, not CONFIG_ATA and so on.
I can reproduce it with qemux86-64 with "-drive ... if=ide" or "-drive ... if=virtio".
