I actually thought my battery was dying, so I went into the BIOS and did a battery cycle (full discharge). Hasn't come back since, but I'd guess that was a co-incidence. Probably needed it anyway. Laptop is an Asus L7300/L7200 (PIII-600 on 440MX chipset) with the latest BIOS.
