I have fixed all the PI bugs that your suite uncovered (there were quite a number of them!), the fixes are included in the V0.7.30-0 patch available at the usual place: http://redhat.com/~mingo/realtime-preempt/ with this patch i get the expected histogram with entries only in the 0-1 msec buckets.
