Hmm, the difference is likely in the build commands: 1) Simply because the build is dynamic in the non-TT mode case (no idea) 2) bug in Makefiles.... but I didn't see anything strange: arch/um/Makefile-skas (included only when SKAS mode is enabled): PROFILE += -pg CFLAGS-$(CONFIG_GCOV) += -fprofile-arcs -ftest-coverage CFLAGS-$(CONFIG_GPROF) += $(PROFILE) LINK-$(CONFIG_GPROF) += $(PROFILE) the Makefiles were heavily changed, however, recently (after 2.6.10). > Also note I am using the latest BK as pulled about an hour ago. However I only built the file on which you saw the warning, not everything. > Lots of UML > changes were pulled in by my pull... -- Paolo Giarrusso, aka Blaisorblade Linux registered user n. 292729 http://www.user-mode-linux.org/~blaisorblade - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-kernel" in the body of a message to majordomo@vger.kernel.org More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html Please read the FAQ at http://www.tux.org/lkml/
