The panic occurs when the root filesystem is being mounted from an usb attached hd. I've got it in both 2.6.14-git1 and -git4, didn't tested git2 and git3 but I think it doesn't matter :) 2.6.14 worked perfectly. Waiting 7sec before mounting root device...
