Ack the rename and QoS description changes. The IPW2200_MONITOR and monitor mode firmware error are already fixed in wireless-2.6 GIT http://kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/linville/wireless-2.6.git;a=summary Wireless related development happens there. I'd suggest you create patches against that tree.
