PDC irqchip not detecting dual edge interrupts is not really a bug. PDC closely works in hierarchy with GIC and GIC also doesn't support dual edge IRQs.  Dual edge feature is added in later HW revisions to support similar usecases. Regardless of dual edge feature,  as i mentioned in below link if the drivers requests the intended edge of the interrupt then it works as expected.
