This is a 32MB 8bit Toshiba device, with the data bus connected to the OMAP MPUIO pins and ALE, CLE, NCE, NRE, NWE and NWP all connected to the Delta's latch2 16bit latch. This is the same patch as submitted to linux-mtd for comments a month ago, with 3 changes: * Set ams_delta_mtd->owner = THIS_MODULE; before calling nand_scan() * Remove spurious comment. * Lower udelay length. Patch is against vanilla 2.6.17-rc4.
