Our upstream strategy for the VPU enabling has changed and we are regrouping and redesigning this stack in a significant way. To avoid legacy ABI compatibility issues with the redesigned stack we are dropping this set of patches. Other KMB changes, that are not VPU related, will continue to be up streamed.
