Hi,

When I'm building an allmodconfig kernel (arm64) with
KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG=arch/arm64/configs/defconfig all the bootselftests
turned off also.

I did not expect the physmp-flash device to be used at all.
Does anyone see what might be wrong here ?
