We probably *want* to encourage them to come talk to us when the device is still a "build" because it's in the design/prototype stage - that way we avoid having to work around design brain damage and features that could have been added but weren't because The Other OS wouldn't have used them. Also, the people we want to talk to *are* the "build" people - it's quite possble they farm out the mass manufacture to some other company that just does the actual assembly of boards based on a CAD/CAM model they're given. --==_Exmh_1170189733_5479P Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Exmh version 2.5 07/13/2001 iD8DBQFFv62lcC3lWbTT17ARAlbnAKC4ToOOFqb86dcuS2/Ztz6dQMHCMgCcDpsg zHbYQrwEEpsAHqYpvumgsC8= =a9wR -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --==_Exmh_1170189733_5479P-- - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-kernel" in the body of a message to majordomo@vger.kernel.org More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html Please read the FAQ at http://www.tux.org/lkml/
