Also I think an earlier version of the code is already deployed on my system and obviously working. The only minor nit is, the proper capitalization "VDSO" should be "vDSO" -- it's short for "virtual DSO" after all. But the all-caps "VDSO" also has many occurrences so I guess it's down to preferences. Either would be okay for me, although I'd personally prefer "vDSO".
