There is a bug. In the init_pud_remap function rebuild left/right margin mem mapping(out of crashkernel mem) without NO_SEC_REMAPPINGS, so it will call the init_pmd/init_pte with using pmd_set_fixmap_offset/pte_set_fixmap_offset.
