What does the switch do, exactly? By definition OTG works fine in both ways. And there are pins in the connector to decide the role. Allwinner actually goes one step further and provides a full HCI to the same PHY that the MUSB OTG controller is connected to, so you don't need to live with the sometimes limited performance of the MUSB host mode (which we drive without DMA).
