When KVM looks up the deleted (slot = NULL) memslot, KVM should exit to userspace with KVM_EXIT_MEMORY_FAULT. In the second test, upon a private access to non-private memslot, KVM should also exit to userspace with KVM_EXIT_MEMORY_FAULT.
