I am running an Ubuntu 22.04 LTS configuration.

I tried it again with 6.8.0-net-next-05204-g237bb5f7f7f5 and iproute2-next
from this repo: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/network/iproute2/iproute2-next.git
