This pull request has a dependency on patches that are going through git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tytso/ext4 master due to the iomap changes we need that required another merge branch. So maybe it's best to hold off until those changes get merged. I'll see if I can send a replacement pull request.
