Sorry that I didn't use a clean community kernel for the test.
On my local side I added delay in drivers/pmdomain/imx/gpcv2.c
so there was no such issue.

But according to drivers/pmdomain/imx/gpcv2.c, seems that I need
to add delay in this driver, like this:
