Scalar unaligned accesses should only be set to emulated if this function is entered from a scalar unaligned load. The rest of this function handles how scalar unaligned accesses are emulated, and the equivalent needs to happen for vector. You need to add routines that manually load the data from the memory address into the vector register. When Cl?ment did this for scalar, he provided a test case to help reviewers [1].
