Tracepoints' definition file may be used by other code, and should only have definition of tracepoint. We can separate include/trace/kmemtrace.h into 2 files: include/linux/kmemtrace.h: header file for kmemtrace include/trace/kmem.h: definition of kmem tracepoints Signed-off-by: Zhao Lei Acked-by: Eduard - Gabriel Munteanu Acked-by: Pekka Enberg Cc: Steven Rostedt Cc: Frederic Weisbecker Cc: Tom Zanussi LKML-Reference: <49DEE68A.5040902@cn.fujitsu.com> Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar --- include/linux/kmemtrace.h | 25 ++++++++++++++++++ include/linux/slab_def.h | 2 +- include/linux/slub_def.h | 2 +- include/trace/kmem.h | 44 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ include/trace/kmemtrace.h | 63 --------------------------------------------- init/main.c | 2 +- kernel/trace/kmemtrace.c | 2 +- kernel/trace/trace.h | 2 +- mm/slab.c | 2 +- mm/slob.c | 2 +- mm/slub.c | 2 +- 11 files changed, 77 insertions(+), 71 deletions(-) diff --git a/include/linux/kmemtrace.h b/include/linux/kmemtrace.h new file mode 100644 index 0000000..15c45a2 --- /dev/null +++ b/include/linux/kmemtrace.h @@ -0,0 +1,25 @@ +/* + * Copyright (C) 2008 Eduard - Gabriel Munteanu + * + * This file is released under GPL version 2. + */ + +#ifndef _LINUX_KMEMTRACE_H +#define _LINUX_KMEMTRACE_H + +#ifdef __KERNEL__ + +#include + +#ifdef CONFIG_KMEMTRACE +extern void kmemtrace_init(void);
