The fs/Kconfig file was split into individual fs/*/Kconfig files before nilfs was merged. But, I inserted the nilfs entry in fs/Kconfig unawarely. This simply moves it out to fs/nilfs2/Kconfig and resolves the discordance in fs/Kconfig.
