Okay, it took me a little bit to work it out that with SNDRV_CARDS = 32 the above is - the 29th bit. Kinda cryptic no? Also, it does seem like the code intentionally makes use of that, at first I was concerned you would be turning of a debug message for one use case, but it seems consistent.
