We use devfs and set boot options path as /dev/hdc. A Uniprocessor workstation boots fine with the CD ROM, but an HP Netserver has problems. We get a root fs not mounted error. Can anyone let me know if I am missing something ? TIA, Kumar _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-kernel" in the body of a message to majordomo@vger.kernel.org More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html Please read the FAQ at http://www.tux.org/lkml/
