Yes. The regression was caused by the addition of arch/x86/pci/intel_bus.c. Jeff's patch: http://lkml.org/lkml/2010/1/27/449 is in Linus' tree as commit e8e06eae4ffd68, and Jeff confirmed that it works for him.
