Check the kernel message. Don't you have a message like "hda_intel: msi for device 1043:829c set to 0"? Otherwise give alsa-info.sh again. But, essentially this is a problem of your mobo and Linux MSI handling, not exactly a driver issue, IMO... I guess the problem will go away if you remove your another sound card on the PCI slot. Or maybe it'd work even by moving to another slot...
