At first the entire computer became instable but choosing CMD640 chipset support solved that problem. But now I find that I can list photos in my digital camera, but not retrieve them. I get lots of errors like these: 02:59:01 usbdevfs: USBDEVFS_BULK failed dev 2 ep 0x81 len 3247 ret -75 03:31:39 usbdevfs: USBDEVFS_BULK failed dev 2 ep 0x81 len 84 ret -75 03:31:39 usbdevfs: USBDEVFS_BULK failed dev 2 ep 0x81 len 84 ret -75 I also noted a change in the output from lspci. Directly after booting, it says this: 00:0f.0 USB Controller: CMD Technology Inc USB0670 (rev 06) (prog-if 10 [OHCI]) Subsystem: CMD Technology Inc: Unknown device 0670 Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Ste Status: Cap+ 66Mhz- UDF- FastB2B- ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- TAbort- SERR+ TAbort- SERR- TAbort- SERR- TAbort- SERR- [disabled] [size=64K] Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 1 Flags: PMEClk- AuxPwr- DSI- D1- D2+ PME- Status: D0 PME-Enable- DSel=0 DScale=0 PME- 00:0f.0 USB Controller: CMD Technology Inc USB0670 (rev 06) (prog-if 10 [OHCI]) Subsystem: CMD Technology Inc: Unknown device 0670 Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B- Status: Cap+ 66Mhz- UDF- FastB2B- ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- SERR- TAbort- SERR-
