- OSS mixer emulation

- Maestro3 - added quirk for CF72 toughbook
- VIA82xx - reset codec only when it's not ready
- USB Audio
- fixed oops at unloading if non-intialized substream exists
- show interface number in proc files
- clean up and fixed the parser of audio streams
