Subject: [PATCH 1/1] Bluetooth: btusb: Add device 6655:8771 to device tables.

This device is an Inspire branded BT 5.1 USB dongle with a
Realtek RTL8761BU chip using the "Best Buy China" vendor ID.

The device table is as follows:
