Subject: installation instructions

For bluez-libs-3.36 the package-specific installation
instructions are in README (the INSTALL file has only
generic instructions). In the README file it is writtern

In order to compile Bluetooth libraries you need following software packages:
- Linux Bluetooth protocol stack (BlueZ)
- GCC compiler

But what do you mean by "Linux Bluetooth protocol stack (BlueZ)"?
Usually such a message describes the _prerequisites_, not the package
in which the file is found!!! Does the phrase mean that the
kernel drivers must be available? Or do you mean "this package"?
Moreover, "Linux Bluetooth protocol stack (BlueZ)" is the title of
the WWW site, not a specific software package. Is bluez-utils a
prerequisite, since it is one of several packages that can be
downloaded from the site?
Please be more precise.
