Subject: H5 support?

Hello Everybody

I need to implement H5 support in the BlueZ stack. Has anybody already
done any work on H5? I see it as a todo in BlueZ website.

the Three-Wire support can be done via a modified BCSP since that is
what it is. Actually a lot more simplified BCSP.
