Subject: hcitool will not pair with Think Outside Stowaway Travel Mouse

I tried version 3 up to version 4.19. No version of hcitool will pair with the mouse. A "hcitool cc "bt address of mouse"" will give a Input/Output error. Hidd -s , however, will pair with it. Appears hidd has been removed from version 4 though.
