The mapping from an > authorised account to a set of supplementary groups must happen on the > server, not the client. Hi Trond, Yes - I am using only sec=krb5. My account was added to a new supplementary group in AD. I logged out of my workstation and back in, and the workstation sees me in the new supplementary group. The file server also sees me in the new supplementary group. The file server won't let me access files in that group from my workstation, but my workstation recognizes the group (ls -l shows group name perfectly, and group shows up in nfsidmap). If I login to a workstation I was previously not logged into, I can access files in that group with my ID. If I reboot my workstation, I can access files in the new supplementary group. What debug information can I provide to help explain this puzzling problem? Thanks, Jason.
