Subject: [PATCH v1 2/8] SUNRPC: Add more svcsock tracepoints

In addition to tracing recently-updated socket sendto events, this
commit adds a trace event class that can be used for additional
svcsock-related tracepoints in subsequent patches.

Commit 850cbaddb52d ("udp: use it's own memory accounting schema")
removed the last skb trace event from svcsock.c, so it is no
longer necessary to include trace/events/skb.h.
