Your code appears in the btsco cvs module in the subdirectory "sbc" for now. The makefiles aren't linked together at all and I'm not sure I'd make that effort. I get the feeling your stuff ultimately belongs in the alsa lib, but if it needs to be used outside alsa then that's not a perfect fit. Thanks!
