It's sold as a Logitech Mobile Bluetooth Headset (as distinct from the "Pro" version currently on their site). And yes, it is a little noisy around other equipment. I use it sitting at my PC, where there is a speaker set, two full powerstrips of equipment, an FM radio receiver, a fan (although not typically switched on), and a wireless network in the house.
