This is not the case, they work fine on the default channel. I think there has been a bit of confusion because at the same time there was a post about a (not initially mentioned Headset) that didn't appear to be working that did when connected to channel 8. As it turned out the headset (Jabra BT 110) did work but worked better in the handsfree channel than it did with the headset channel. Just a clarification, could the pages be further updated. Interesting note about the two profiles though, might have to have a bit of a play around with it.
